Refund & Cancellation Policy

At True Luxury Vine, each experience is carefully planned and reserved specifically for our guests. For this reason, all booking deposits are non-refundable.

Guests who need to cancel or reschedule must contact us at least 7 days before their scheduled experience. One rescheduling request may be accommodated based on availability.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event may result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

If True Luxury Vine must cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any payments made.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, unused portions of an experience, or guests who choose to leave before the experience has ended.

For private events and group bookings, the final guest count and remaining balance must be confirmed by the stated payment deadline. Once the final guest count has been confirmed, refunds will not be issued for guests who do not attend.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the True Luxury Vine Refund & Cancellation Policy.
