Cancellation Policy
True Luxury Vine Booking Policy At True Luxury Vine, we want every guest to enjoy a memorable and elevated wine experience. Please review our booking policies before reserving your experience. Booking Deposit Requires a 35% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellation 14+ days before: Deposit may be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability. 7–13 days before: Deposit is forfeited; remaining balance is not charged if it hasn't been paid. Less than 7 days: 50% of the total booking fee is due. 48 hours or less: 100% of the booking fee is due. No-Show If the host or group doesn't show up, 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable **Private Events:** Additional fees may apply for customized décor, entertainment, catering, extended time, or special requests. A refundable security deposit may be required for private events. **Alcohol Policy:** All guests consuming alcohol must be **21 or older** and provide valid identification when requested. True Luxury Vine reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated. By booking with True Luxury Vine, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
